INSPECTION SERVICE

When it comes to critical components like needles, inspection will guarantee you to keep your quality at the highest level.

Our state of the art Nikon Vision Inspection System is capable of inspecting dimensions to 0.1 my (0.0001 mm or .000004").

Custom designed software programs allow us to mass-inspect needles or similar parts for tip radius, length, and profile in one operation. All measurements are collected in spreadsheets for further evaluation or SPC.
