Taper Point Grinding Machines
This needle point grinder model NG3E was designed in close cooperation with our customers. Its many new features were incorporated after intensive studies of day to day operations. The machine can grind taper (pencil) points in different shapes:
Machine features:
- Electronic positioning of grinding wheel in in 3 axis
- Grinding spindle speed 1,000 - 10,000 rpm
- Touch screen operator panel
- Loading of blanks via drum feeder, cassettes, or vibratory feeder
- Unloading into cassettes for secondary operations or onto output table
Technical data:
- Shortest wire length: 20 mm (3/4")
- Longest wire length: 75 mm (3")
- Wire diameter: 0.25 mm - 2 mm (.010" - .080")
- Transport wheel dia: nominal 114 mm (4 1/2")
