We manufacture Electrosurgical Tungsten Needles and Electrodes as small as .002" (0.05 mm) in diameter. Our equipment is designed and built in-house. It guarantees extremely tight tolerances for small and high volume production runs. The tip radius can be as small as 0.001 mm.
