enter into a Licensing Agreement
April 2nd, 2001Selbach Machinery L.L.C. has signed a Licensing Agreement with the German Jouhsen-Bündgens Company. Jouhsen-Bündgens is the industry leader in wire straightening and cutting machines for small wire diameters. They also have a full line of other specialty machines for the wire industry.
Jouhsen-Bündgens obtained the worldwide marketing rights to the new Selbach Needle Point Grinding Machines. The machines are used for applications in the medical field (sutures, acupuncture needles, etc.) and for industrial applications. They grind points on wire blanks.
